Your Tasks
- Du unterstützt uns im Betrieb und dem Ausbau unseres SD-WANs mit mehr als 70 Standorten und sorgst für einen stabilen, performanten und sicheren IT-Betrieb unserer modernen Netzlandschaft
- Als Teil des Infrastruktur-Teams planst, konfigurierst und administrierst du Firewalls, Switches und Router, sowie Anbindungen an gängige Cloud-Plattformen. Du sorgst für Monitoring, Erweiterungen und Upgrades
- Als 2nd-Level-Supporter arbeitest du mit dem IT-Support-Team zusammen und übernimmst die Analyse und Lösung technischer Störungen
- Du koordinierst Anfragen unserer internen Ansprechpartner*innen und externen Dienstleistern ab und bringst deine Expertise aktiv in Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastruktur ein
Your Profile
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Informatik o. ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerken
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (Switching, Routing, VPN) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Firewalls und Internettechnologien
- Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit gängigen Cloud-Plattformen und Betriebssystemen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und gerne im Team – du weißt, dass gute IT nur gemeinsam funktioniert
- Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen, Teamgeist und Freude an neuen Technologien runden dein Profil ab
