In unserer Abteilung „Application-Management“ kümmern wir uns um alle zentralen Unternehmensanwendungen – darunter SAP S/4HANA in einer Private Cloud Umgebung. Gemeinsam mit Dir möchten wir unsere Plattform zukunftsfähig gestalten.
Gemeinsam schaffen wir die Voraussetzungen für eine gute Zusammenarbeit und klare Ausrichtung unserer Unternehmensgruppe. Wir gehören zur svt Gruppe, die seit 1969 Expertise im Brandschutz und in der Schadensanierung vereint.
Your Tasks
- Verantwortung für den technischen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-Systemlandschaft (S/4HANA)
- Release- und Transportmanagement
- Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
- Beratung unserer internen Fachbereiche hinsichtlich technischer SAP-Fragen und Systemanforderungen
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister bei Systembetrieb, Störungsbeseitigung und Weiterentwicklungen
- Mitwirkung in SAP-Projekten – z. B. in den Bereichen Automatisierung/KI, Prozessoptimierung und Firmenintegrationen
- Erstellung technischer Konzepte und Dokumentationen im Rahmen des Applikationsbetriebs
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP Basis Administration (S/4HANA)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb und der Integration von SAP-Systemen in komplexe IT-Landschaften
- Gute Kenntnisse in ITIL, Change- & Incident Management-Prozessen
- Teamgeist, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie solide Englischkenntnisse
