In unserer Abteilung „Application-Management“ kümmern wir uns um alle zentralen Unternehmensanwendungen – darunter SAP S/4HANA in einer Private Cloud Umgebung. Gemeinsam mit dir möchten wir unsere Plattform zukunftsfähig gestalten.

Werde auch du Teil des #TeamLebenSchuetzen in unserer Unternehmenszentrale in Hamburg-Harburg. Als SAP Basis Experte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit kannst du ab sofort bei uns durchstarten.

Your Tasks

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den technischen Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-Systemlandschaft (S/4HANA)
Du führst eigenständig Systeminstellationen, Patches, Upgrades und Perfomanceoptimierungen durch
Im Rahmen des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports analysierst und behebst du Systemfehler und berätst unsere interne Fachbereiche bei technischen SAP-Fragen und Systemanforderungen
Du steuerst externe Dienstleister*innen beim Systembetrieb, bei der Störungsbeseitigung und bei Weiterentwicklungen und wirkst an SAP- und Infrastrukturprojekten mit, wie z.B. in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Security oder Cloudstrategie
Die Erstellung technischer Konzepte und Dokumentationen im Applikationsbetrieb gehört auch zu deinem Aufgabenbereich

Your Profile

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP Basis Administration (S/4HANA) sammeln
Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb und in der Integration von SAP-Systemen in komplexe IT-Landschaften mit und hast gute Kenntnisse in ITIL sowie Change- und Incident-Management-Prozessen
Deine teamorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit zeichnen dich aus
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
