Your Tasks
- Als Bauleiter bist du das Gesicht von svt auf unseren Baustellen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung der Sanierungsprojekte.
- Du erfasst und dokumentierst Schäden vor Ort und bereitest die Informationen für die Projektleitung auf.
- Du disponierst unsere Handwerker und Nachunternehmer auf die Baustellen und stehst als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
- Du kontrollierst und dokumentierst den Baufortschritt unserer Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass die Arbeiten fachgerecht und im Zeitplan ausgeführt werden.
- Du sorgst für eine effiziente Materiallogistik und stellst sicher, dass benötigte Baustoffe, Geräte und Werkzeuge rechtzeitig zur Verfügung stehen.
Your Profile
- Du hast eine technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. im Bauwesen, als Fliesenleger*in, Maler*in, Bodenleger*in oder vergleichbar) abgeschlossen und bereits Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Koordination von Baustellen gesammelt. Erste fachliche Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du, wenn du bereits in der Sanierung von Brand-, Wasser- oder Schadstoffschäden gearbeitet hast.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B; weitere Führerscheine wie C1 sind von Vorteil.
- Deine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie deine Kommunikationsstärke und dein Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
