Your Tasks
- Als Werkstudent*in unterstützt du primär unsere Sachbearbeitung bei der Projektkorrespondenz.
- Dabei übernimmst du eigenständig allgemeine administrativen Bürotätigkeiten.
- Du assistierst bei der Angebotserstellung und -bearbeitung bis hin zur Akten- und Vertragsprüfung.
- Gemeinsam mit der Sachbearbeitung betreust du Kundenanfragen über projektspezifische Belange bis hin zur Kundenreklamation.
Your Profile
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich BWL, Projektmanagement, oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- In allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen bist du sicher und verfügst über eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten bereitet dir Freude.
