Your Tasks
- Du bist für die Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis verantwortlich.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt ebenso die Durchführung aller payrollrelevanten administrativen Personalprozesse von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt.
- Du berätst vertrauensvoll unsere Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zur Abrechnung und Sozialversicherung.
- Als erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Wirtschaftsprüfer beantwortest du alle Anfragen kompetent.
- Die Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Projekten in operativen Personalangelegenheiten bieten dir Gestaltungsfreiraum und die Möglichkeit, über den Tellerrand zu schauen.
- Du erstellst Statistiken und Meldungen für die zuständigen Behörden und führst Reportings aus.
Your Profile
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium und hast im Anschluss bereits mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der operativen Personalabrechnung gesammelt.
- Du hast Erfahrung in mindestens einem Entgeltabrechnungssystem. Besonders Vorerfahrung in DATEV erleichtert dir den Start bei uns, da wir dieses Tool intern nutzen.
- Darüber hinaus verfügst du über fundierte Kenntnisse des Arbeits-, Betriebsverfassungs-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts.
- Dein Profil rundest du mit Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsmentalität ab.
