Sales Manager / Account Manager UAE (m/f/d)

Since 2018, our UAE-based subsidiary svt Middle East has been serving numerous customers within the construction industry with a wide range of passive fire protection applications tailored to their specific needs and budget. Our partners and clients in the Middle East can rely on top-notch solutions and direct support, including smooth coordination with the German divisions.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and maintain a territory management plan with scheduled customer visits
  • Develop new business in the field of passive fire protection within the region of Middle East and bring new applicators to SVT
  • Expand svt’s excisting network and build up long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners to bring our products into market
  • Provide technical support to applicators
  • Active on site and projects working closely with the application teams
  • Hold regular training sessions on site and introduce new products to the customer base
  • Keep an accurate and updated pipeline of business
  • Regular reporting to local GM
  • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions

Your Profile

  • Professionally trained Sales Manager with minimum 5 years experience working with passive fire protection applicators in the UAE
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent technical subject
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), Arabic is beneficial but not necessary
  • Ability to travel across the UAE
  • Experienced in the use of CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Team player combined with high levels of personal initiative and accountability
  • High standard of proficiency with Microsoft applications
