Rolf Kuhn GmbH has carved out a long-standing name for itself in the manufacture, assembly and sale of intumescent fire protection materials (i.e. of materials that swell as a result of heat exposure, thus creating a fire protective barrier). Unser Aufgabengebiet:
- Maschinenbedienung und -bestückung für unsere Brandschutz-Produkte in 3-Arbeitsschichten
- Herstellung von dämmschichtbildenden Materialien an unterschiedlichen Produktionsmaschinen
- Qualitätskontrolle mit definierten Prüfkriterien und Betreuung der internen Fertigungsprüfungen
- Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der Materialbestandsführung
- Abstimmung bezüglich der Abläufe mit den Vorarbeiter*innen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den direkten Kolleg*innen
- Wartung und Reinigung der Produktionsmaschinen sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
- Umsetzung passender Maßnahmen, um die Produktionsabläufe und die Arbeitssicherheit sicher zu stellen und fortlaufend zu optimieren
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme an internen Schulungen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer*in oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktionsbereich und ein technisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen im Produktionsbereich innerhalb der letzten 2 Jahre
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Erste MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit und ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen
- Bewusstsein in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit, Hygiene, Arbeitsabläufe und Produktsicherheit
- Emotionale Intelligenz, analytische Denkweise, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
