Werde Teil des #TeamLebenSchuetzen in unserem Geschäftsbereich baulicher Brandschutz in Gebäuden am Standort Dinslaken. Als Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d) kannst du sofort bei uns durchstarten.
Your Tasks
- Du übernimmst die Projektkorrespondenz und allgemeine administrative Bürotätigkeiten.
- Dabei steuerst du (Neu-)Kundenanfragen über projektspezifische Belange bis zur Kundenreklamation.
- Die Angebotsbearbeitung und-verfolgung, Akten- und Vertragsprüfungen sowie Abrechnungen bearbeitest du eigenständig.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die digitale Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen, sowie für das Mahnwesen.
Your Profile
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und über einschlägige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position.
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Projektgeschäft des Baugewerbes sowie in der Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit sämtlichen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Eine teamorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Detailgenauigkeit und Spaß an der Arbeit runden dein Profil ab.
