Für unser #TeamLebenSchuetzen im Geschäftsbereich Schadensanierung suchen wir ab sofort zur Ergänzung unseres Teams am Standort Hannover (Garbsen) einen Leckageorter (m/w/d).
Your Tasks
- Die Betreuung unserer Kunden*innen aus den Bereichen Wohnungswirtschaft, Sachverständige und Schadenregulierung gehört zu deinem Arbeitsalltag.
- Mit moderner Messtechnik zeichnest du fachgerecht die Zustandsanalysen auf.
- Die Ursachenforschung für das Auftreten von undichten Stellen an wasserführenden Leitungen, innerhalb und außerhalb von Gebäuden zählt zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
- Bei notwendigen Sofortmaßnahmen triffst du mit einem kühlen Kopf die Entscheidungen vor Ort.
- Du dokumentierst sämtliche Schäden in Leckortungsberichten.
Your Profile
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker*in – Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in diesen Bereichen.
- Eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Einsatzbereitschaft zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B.
- Dein Profil rundest du mit Teamfähigkeit, sowie einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit ab.
