Werde auch du Teil des Teams Leben schützen an unserem Standort in Hamburg-Harburg und gestalte mit uns die Welt noch sicherer. Als Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Außenhandel kannst du bei uns durchstarten.
- Nationale und internationale Kundenaufträge im Bereich Brandschutzprodukte mit dem Schwerpunkt Außenhandel werden von dir eigenständig bearbeitet.
- Die gesamte Auftrags- und Versandabwicklung behältst du im Blick und dokumentierst diese in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem.
- Mit deiner Fachexpertise führst du die Exportkontrolle durch inkl. der Sanktionslistenprüfung.
- Das Erstellen von Ausfuhrdokumenten inklusive der Zollabwicklung zählt zu deinem Tätigkeitsfeld.
- In Absprache mit unseren Kund*innen, Vertriebs- und Produktionsabteilungen terminierst und koordinierst du die Aufträge fachgerecht.
- Unsere Geschäftspartner*innen und Kund*innen betreust du professionell und freundlich.
Your Profile
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann*frau für Groß- und Außenhandel oder bringst eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit.
- Deine Erfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren in der Export- und insbesondere in der Zollabwicklung (Atlas) zeichnet dich aus.
- Im Umgang mit CRM, Warenwirtschafts- und Office-Anwendungen bist du sicher.
- Für die interne und externe Kommunikation bringst du verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Dein Profil rundest du mit einer eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise und Versiertheit im Umgang mit Geschäftskund*innen ab.
